British rock band Blur, known for hit records including “Song 2” and “Girls & Boys”, led by Damon Albarn, played to an unenthusiastic crowd at the Californian music festival Coachella, this year.

Their first performance there since 2013, the frontman told the crowd “you’re never seeing us again, so you might as well f*cking sing it” during their set this past weekend.

Ahead of their show, Albarn told KROQ “they’re sort of on their own planet” when referring to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival crowd.

Later that day, Albarn addressed the crowd of the Californian music festival during their performance of “Girls & Boys”.

The band were also joined by performers from the Torres Martinez Cahuilla Bird Singers.
